- Independent Contractor Agreement –
Once completed, please email the signed forms to:
STEP 2:
Update Employer with the California Department of Real Estate (DRE)
Log in to your DRE eLicensing account and select “Change Employer.”
Update your employing broker to:
Alliance Bay Funding Inc. (DRE #01522539)
When prompted “Is the broker present?” – select NO
Enter the broker’s email for notification:
Once the change is submitted, we will certify your request on our end.
STEP 3:
Complete Membership & MLS Transfer Forms
- 1. Association membership application (for transferring your REALTOR® membership)
- 2. MLS subscriber/transfer form (for MLS access)
Once completed, please email the signed forms to:

Instruction to change Brokerage Office on Zipforms:
Go to https://www.car.org
Click on Access Transactions
Click on Transactions [Access Now] button.
Click on [Continue to transactions]
Top Right corner double click on your image.
Click on [Profile & Settings]
Click on [Offices]
Change brokerage information and SAVE.
